ATI supervision allows the control and the real-time follow-up of furnaces and installations of heat treatments.
Our supervisions are conceived with our program of supervision GlobalView system or, according to customer requests, business supervision's software:

SUPERVISIONS WITH CONTROL OUTSTRIPPED

  • ATI Global View System allows the management and the control distance of furnaces and industrial installations. This service becomes essential to decrease costs of installations maintenance. It allows to reduce the time of interventions thanks to our technicians who diagnose immediately problems from our sites or from theirs laptop computer.
  • Two ways of connection exists ; the first one consists in getting back all the states for actuators and sensors of an installation (existing or not). The other one manages installation's inputs and outputs and can only be envisaged for a new installation or an installation possessing a PLC.

GLOBAL ATI VIEW SYSTEM UNDERSTANDS 2 TYPIFIED BY STRUCTURES

  1. Structure 1: installation and PLC.
  2. Structure 2: installation, PLC and supervision ATIView (or other).

Every structure possess two possible connections:

  1. ONLY INPUTS: On an existing new installation, only is taken the informations of the sensors and actuators, in that case the control at distance allows our technicians to determine the problems but they cannot intervene to modify the functioning. They play the role of advice to determine the possible breakdown.
  2. INPUTS / OUTPUTS: On a new installation or with a PLC the control of the installation may be total, our technicians can acted on the functioning at distance and so found the problems of possible disfunctioning.

STRUCTURE 1 : INSTALLATION AND PLC

  • This structure allows, at a low cost, to have a dialogue with an installation through a PLC. A connection of control at distance (Internet or direct line) allows the intervention of our technicians.
  • Optional a console operator allows showing in light the state of the installation, the possible defects and in the case of a connection "INPUTS / OUTPUT", it allows controlling the installation.

STRUCTURE 2 : INSTALLATION / PLC / SUPERVISION

  • This architecture allows having a dialogue with an installation through a PLC, to view and\or to control this one by the supervision. Our technicians can intervene at distance by direct Internet or line.
  • Optional a console operator allows a local control.

 

PRESENTATION OF SUPERVISIONS ATI VIEW (OR OTHERS)

  • The supervisions allow an ergonomic dialogue with the installations, the material elements and the software are represented to it under forms of overview diagrams.
  • The real-time display of actuators and the sensors allow an immediate piece of information about the functioning.
  • The defects are represented to it under graphic and textual forms for a better understanding.
  • Everything the analogical parameters (the temperatures, the pressures) can be shown under forms of real-time curve.
  • All the data are continuously recorded on the hard disk of the computer to allow their later consultations (history).
  • Our technicians can manage this supervision at distance to control the installation to proceed to a possible repair.
